Green Pasture Missionary Baptist Church
Pastor Timothy Huff, a native of Newark, New Jersey, has been a passionate servant of the Lord from an early age. On January 13, 2013, he was installed as the Pastor of Green Pasture Missionary Baptist Church. Under his dynamic leadership and spiritual guidance, the congregation experienced steady growth and a renewed commitment to ministry and community outreach.
Pastor Huff has a heart for the youth and launched the church’s first Kingdom Kidz Summer Camp, providing children with a safe, faith-based environment to learn, grow, and thrive during the summer months. He also led several key improvement projects, including the construction and remodeling of the lower dining hall, renovation of both the women’s and men’s restrooms, and significant updates to the main sanctuary—enhancing the worship experience for all.
Recognizing the need to serve beyond the walls of the church, Pastor Huff also established a food pantry, which provided essential support to families in need until the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to his pastoral duties, Pastor Huff actively serves in the broader faith community. He is a proud member of the Christian Fellowship Missionary Baptist Association, where he holds the esteemed position of Quarterly Union President—continuing his mission to uplift, unify, and empower churches and leaders across the region.
Pastor Huff remains committed to preaching the Word of God, building strong families, and serving the community with love, humility, and integrity.
To anyone who feels lost, forgotten, or weighed down by life’s burdens—I want you to know that you are not alone. At Green Pasture Missionary Baptist Church, we believe there is hope for every soul, no matter how broken or far from God you may feel.
Life can be heavy, but there is a Savior who offers rest, healing, and a new beginning. Jesus said, “Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). That invitation is still open today—for you.
We welcome you with open arms, not to judge, but to love, to listen, and to walk with you as you rediscover your purpose and your worth. You are not beyond reach. You are not forgotten. God’s grace is greater than your past, and His love is calling you home.
